Ettore Spadafora is an assistant professor of international business at the Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in international business from University of South Carolina and his Ph.D. in strategy from University of Pisa. Prior to moving to the U.S., he studied and/or worked at University of Pisa, City University of London, and Bocconi University. His research interests include firm internationalization, corporate governance deviance, Chinese FDI, conformity in multinationality, cultural and institutional distance, and institutional complexity. His work has been published in Journal of Management and Management International Review. Dr. Spadafora is an Italian citizen, born and raised in Pisa, Tuscany.
