Ndidiamaka (Ndidi) Chimah BS ’24 is a Saunders College of Business student majoring in hospitality and tourism management. As a first-year student, Ndidi has made the most of her short time at RIT by getting involved in many extracurricular activities, both related to her studies and beyond. Ndidi explains that because of the generosity of RIT’s donors, her "lifelong dream of going to college became a reality." The time, memories, and impact that she’s had during her time at RIT would not be possible if it weren't for this kindness and support.

Ndidi is the Treasurer of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, a Performing Arts Scholar, and a member of RIT’s Organization of African Students. She is also a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, and a representative for RIT’s Telefund. After graduation, Ndidi plans to begin her career in hotel management and hopes to one day open her own chain of international hotels.

When asked about her favorite thing at RIT, Ndidi replied,

“The makeup of students. No one student is like another. There is a place for everyone to fit in.”
