From looking at the curriculum, I knew I would love the business and analytical courses.
I am a second-year master's student in artificial intelligence and innovation at Carnegie Mellon University's (CMU) School of Computer Science (SCS), where I am additionally a research assistant. I work on developing novel computer vision models to solve urgent public safety problems, such as damage assessment and COVID-19. I also published my first paper, which was accepted into the Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV) 2021.
