Saunders accounting program prepares you to have a successful career in accounting. You will graduate with the knowledge and technical skills to be a practicing accountant, and have the option to pursue licensure as a Certified Public Accountant. Graduates have had success starting their own firms, others are top-level executives at a Big Four accounting firm. In addition to the two University-wide RIT Career Fairs, Saunders College hosts an Accounting Career Fair every Fall. Regional and national accounting firms and corporations are invited to attend to meet specifically with Accounting students. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with corporate partners, and may even secure a co-op placement or job after graduation.
