Saunders Leadership Fellows Program

Becoming a Fellow

The Saunders Leadership Fellows Program is designed to enhance the education of selected students by providing resources and opportunities tailored to the individual. Fellows receive even more personalized attention from Saunders faculty and staff and leave their time at RIT with a greater competitive edge.

50% off Tuition

Being accepted into the Saunders leadership Fellows Program is a big deal. Limited applicants are selected, so those who are accepted are automatically granted a minimum 50% scholarship for their master's degree.

Invaluable Mentors

Fellow students are paired up with an industry mentor to guide them along their way and to connect them with further knowledge and opportunities. These mentors are seasoned business leaders ready to help students find their next level of success.

Experience that Matters

Fellows complete a real-world, client-based capstone project at the end of their program. In one semester, students work with faculty to identify problem definition, substantial fact-based analysis, recommendations, and implementation strategies. Saunders students are able to tackle a variety of issues in an assortment of industries.
