Bio: 
Shal Khazanchi is an Associate Professor of Management. Her research interests include creativity and innovation, organizational justice, and work relationships. In particular, Professor Khazanchi's research has examined the contextual conditions and social processes that affect the generation and evaluation of creative ideas. She is also interested in exploring how employees develop relationships at work. Current research projects focus on environmental influence on work relationships, gender differences in creative performance, and calling among creative workers. Professor Khazanchi's work has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Journal of organizational Behavior, Organization Studies, and Journal of Operations Management.
