Specialized Degrees for Business Success

Saunders College of Business at RIT offers several Master of Science (MS) programs. Different from our MBA programs that provide a broad base of business disciplines, our MS programs are designed to deliver curriculum that is focused on a specific discipline. MS degrees are typically better suited for students that focus on a specific area of business, looking to advance in their career, or for making a targeted career change. Programs include:

Accounting - Designed to prepare students to sit for the New York State CPA exam.
Computational Finance - For careers in computational or quantitative finance, or financial engineering.
Entrepreneurship and Innovative Ventures - Focus on bringing ideas from conception to market.
Finance - Designed to prepare students to sit for the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.
Management – Designed specifically for students without business experience or education. Program Tracks offered: Global Management and Supply Chain Management, Product and Service Development, Leadership, and a Flexible Track.

Flexible to Meet Your Busy Schedule

Many of the Master of Science programs are designed to be completed in two semesters, with a fall semester start. With some required courses only offered once a year, additional completion time may be required for full-time students entering in the spring or summer semesters. Most MS programs are also available on a part-time basis for practicing professionals. If you pursue part-time options, you may complete your degree in as little as 2.5 years.
