Project: Call Management Innovation

“This project is based on turning a waste-product of a service industry into a by-product creating value. Disconnected phones receive numerous calls every year. We are working to improve and repurpose a system by which calls to disconnected phone numbers can be redirected to other phones. In the case of disconnected business numbers, we can forward them to another company in the same business and region as the recipient of the primary call.”
