The graduate admissions process involves several steps, while criteria varies between programs. These website pages are designed to assist you throughout the process. Feel free to contact a graduate representative at any time for further assistance.
Graduate applications must be fully completed to be reviewed by an admissions committee. Please reference the Executive MBA and Online Executive MBA web pages for application details for those programs. Online Applications for MBA and Master’s Degrees will be reviewed for both admissions and scholarship considerations.
Admissions requirements may vary between programs. Please visit our degree specific requirements page for detailed admissions information on each program.
Please visit our information for International Students for useful resources, or view our international admissions requirements for English language test score details and I-20 considerations. Online applications are accepted year round.
Many graduate programs at Saunders require applicants to submit a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) exam score to complete your application. Although GMAT remains the preferred admission test for Saunders College Graduate Programs, the GRE test will also be accepted as an alternative. Visit the GMAT or GRE websites for more information about each exam.
Applicants with an earned PhD, EdD, MD, or Law Degree are exempt from taking the GMAT or GRE tests.
Start now as a Part-time student and take up to two courses without applying or having to take the GMAT or GRE. Qualified students are permitted to take a maximum of two graduate courses on a non-degree basis. After the two courses are completed, to continue in the graduate program students must complete the online application; meet applicable GMAT or GRE requirements; and be a formally admitted, matriculated student. Please use the non-degree application form to be considered for this option.
In most cases Saunders intentionally does not specify minimum GPAs or test scores as the entire application—including undergraduate performance, TOEFL or IELTS score (international applicants only), GMAT or GRE score, resume, and personal statement—is evaluated for admittance into Saunders College of Business Graduate Programs.
Completion of a bachelor's degree is required for admission into Saunders Graduate degree program.
