This concentration is designed for students who would like to learn more about the organizational and managerial (i.e., "soft") aspects of quality. The courses offered help business students lead organizational change and manage quality improvement projects. RIT MBA Supply Chain Management is an integrated approach to managing the total flow of a distribution channel from the supplier to the customer. This concentration prepares students to effectively manage this key element of corporate strategy.
