Meet Holly

Holly Cicconi-Eggleston is an accomplished professional in the field of human resource management with over 12 years of progressive experience. Holly's areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, talent management and development, recruitment and retention initiatives, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, diversity management, investigations and organizational development.

Holly holds the position of Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Paychex, Inc. Prior to her current position, Holly held leadership roles as the assistant director of Human Resources at Monroe Community College and as senior employee relations manager at ITT Geospatial Systems. In addition, Holly has held HR positions at Bausch & Lomb and the University of Rochester. Before working in the field of human resource management, Holly worked in the hospitality and tourism industry in the Washington, D.C. area.

Holly received her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College and her B.S. in Business Administration from The College at Brockport. Holly is currently pursuing her doctorate from the University of Maryland University College with the focus of her dissertation on the ethicality of hiring decisions.

Holly is an Adjunct Professor at R.I.T. E. Philip Saunders College of Business and also teaches as an Adjunct at The College at Brockport in the School of Business and Economics.
